Mommy Pampering with Casmara Cosmetics

Amidst street flooding due to "Ambo", the first ever thypoon that hit the country this year, I was one of those mom's who flocked to the "Because You Are a Whirlpool Mom" event at the Metrowalk Grounds, Ortigas, Pasig City yesterday.

It was a really wet and rainy day but nothing preempt an afternoon of celebration with onstage cooking demo, Zumba and belly dancing presentations, booth games, food tasting, photo opt and of course mommy pampering.

With event partners, DermablendDiana Stalder, I was one of those who availed a facial massage courtesy of  Casmara Cosmetics.  I am not a real fan of facials because I am always too lazy to go to a salon.  Being a full-time mom and seldom goes out to attend gatherings I feel that it's a less priority because I have a lot more other things to do.

But what can I say with my Casmara facial expereince? Oh it was very awesome.  The girl who attended to me was very nice as she fully explained to me everything that she does and what she'll gonna put on my face. I felt so relaxed as she has that very gentle hands as well, I almost fell asleep.

I really like the mask procedure, it was very cold and relaxing to the skin.  Honestly, first time I experienced something like this. It was stayed-on for maybe about 15 minutes and after that when it was taken off I felt my skin became soft (ha!ha! wish if I can do it more often to gain back a velvelty baby skin).

Other moms were treated with back massage and foot pampering; manicure and pedicure.  Everything is for FREE.  What a deal! so that's what is nice for being a mom.

Dermablend and Diana Stalder products were also sold at huge discounts.

Its still raining when I headed back and took a bus ride going home.  Truly it was a wonderful "mommy day" for me.  More so I get to personally meet other mommy online-friends, hopefully this won't be our last time of bonding experiences.

  20. Oh my, I could use a day like you had! lol

Like you, I am a mom (three girls), and it's sad to admit that I am neglecting my skin. :( I've done lots of facial at home but nothing beats the treatment you just had. I probably would have fallen asleep and snored after 5 minutes. hahahah
